Protein Greens Smoothie

All you need for this high protein, fat and fibre smoothie is 4 ingredients:

- Reflex Instant Whey Pro (Banoffee Pie for me)

- One Avocado

- A handful of spinach

- Half a cup of broccoli (raw)

Fill the blender cup with the ingredients - really pack then in there and fill up with water to the top. Hit blast and you're good to go!
